I decided to train in the field of computer science with the aim of expanding my knowledge and develop professionally in this sector. Currently I have completed an Intermediate Level Training Cycle in Microcomputer Systems and Networks (SMX) and I plan to continue my studies with a Higher Degree in Web Application Development (DAW).
My goal is to acquire a solid foundation in programming and, once I finish my training, to join the working world in a company related to hardware or technical support. In addition, I am interested in deepening my knowledge in key areas such as networking and cybersecurity, as I consider them fundamental for the future of technology.
I am always open to new opportunities that allow me to grow, learn and add value as a professional in the IT sector.
For me there are 3 factors to get results when working:

During my studies of the Medium Level Training Cycle in Microcomputer Systems and Networks (SMR), I had the opportunity to perform the period of training in the workplace (FCT) in an educational center, where I gained practical experience in the maintenance of computer equipment, technical troubleshooting, software installation and user support.

Pere Torrent
During my internship at the educational center Pere Torrent, I was in charge of various tasks related to technical support and the maintenance of the institution’s IT systems. My main responsibilities included:
Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment, ensuring their proper functioning.
Troubleshooting technical issues reported by the teaching staff, both hardware and software-related.
Installing and configuring operating systems (Windows and Linux) on the center’s various devices.
Updating software and drivers to ensure system security and performance.
Creating graphic materials such as posters and internal announcements using basic image editing tools (for example, Canva or GIMP).
This experience allowed me to develop technical skills and also improve my communication abilities, as I worked directly with non-technical users to solve their problems in an efficient and understandable way.
